All his clients come from referrals of satisfied clients and trusted doctors or counselors.

TESTIMONIALS

Hi Scott,
Hopefully you remember me, I am that travel agent from last May – Anyway not a single cigarette since last may – almost a year!   yeah!! I refer you all over the place hopefully some have called you.  You are my hero! Yes not a single cigarette since last May.  We are almost at a year!  If I knew years ago – that there is no reason that when you stop it has to be hard  – non what-so-ever –I would have called you a long time ago ! – It really was easy, simple, and safe!  The absolute smartest choice I have ever made – ( both for my health and those around me ) ! You made all the difference in the world!

I often stare at the elliptical machine in my living room. Actually, I stare through the elliptical machine in my living room, I know this is true because two nights ago I caught it with my foot and stubbed my little toe. Well, last night I stumbled onto a graceful use of your “Finding Balance” recorded session. Having a 2 year-old son and not a lot of time in the evening, I found myself wanting to both workout and relax.

I decided to do both. I loaded the “Finding Balance CD, put on my headphones and started to jog. I focused on your words. The dual induction is extremely effective in bypassing the critical mind.

While I was working-out I began to notice that I let-go of my usual thoughts. I didn’t notice pain in my left side. I didn’t notice shortness of breath, I didn’t watch the clock or calorie burner or the miles-per-hour gauge. I just ran and relaxed. Twenty- two minutes after I started I slowly stopped and realized I enjoyed the experience. I’m not sure why but I also felt a whole bunch more organized. I’m not sure what you said, your words went with me and I relaxed through the whole thing.

Thanks Scott,

– Dan Paris

Dan Paris

Good morning, Scott,

I listened to the CD you gave me yesterday and it was AMAZING!  Just exactly what I’ve been thinking, needing, looking for . . . . . I am  awakening a miracle within me.

Thank you!

Rose

I can’t thank you enough for getting me out of the problem I was in.  While out in public I had experienced a severe neurological reaction to a medication I had just started taking. The experience was so intense that it left me with a phobia about going out in public alone.  I went from being a confident business executive to a woman who could not leave the house.  After one session with you I had complete and immediate relief from the phobia.  When I left your office it was as if the phobia had never existed.  And the added bonus is that I’ve noticed other changes since the session.  I have a greater sense of calmness and confidence, much better balance in my life, and an insatiable desire to learn and grow.  What a blessing!

Thank you for giving me my life back.

Warmest regards,

Paula

Issues Improved by Hypnosis

Academic Performance

Realize your academic abilities as you learn to deflect your early educational conditioning. Oftentimes, fear-inducing standards of performance in an academic setting can cause individuals to develop negative reactions to educational demands. By realizing these subconscious beliefs and adopting new learning strategies and motivations, you can learn how to better deal with academic pressure and begin to learn freely and fearlessly.

Addiction

Addiction can be a devastating pattern. Whether the addiction is related to alcohol, drugs, gambling, food, exercise, or sex, this extreme behavior has the potential to override all other priorities in a person’s life

Addictions generally stem from a lack of fulfillment in a specific area of a person’s life. Oftentimes the substance being abused is completely unrelated to the area that is being neglected. This substance unconsciously seems to fill the void, at least temporarily. Unfortunately, however, the addiction often builds until the substance can no longer fully satiate the real need of the addicted person.

The first step in treating addiction is acceptance. Once you realize you have an addiction, you can take the steps to manage it and experience a full and healthy life free from dependence. Identifying the addictive triggers and areas in your life that lack fulfillment are key to identifying why the addiction has occurred and how to control it.

Because addictions begin at the unconscious level, hypnosis is an ideal method of identifying the real reasons for addiction and locating its triggers. Through hypnotherapy, you will learn constructive ways to fill the voids in your life and to manage both habitual and addictive behavior patterns in a positive way.

Depression

For those who suffer from depression, life’s daily tasks can seem insurmountable. A sense of overwhelming despair is usually compounded by a lack of motivation and self confidence. Through hypnosis, individuals are able to identify the underlying causes of their depression while reprogramming their minds to better cope with everyday life. This helps them to regain the life they once had and find excitement, peace, and contentment within the new opportunities they create.

Guilt

Excessive guilt can influence every aspect of a person’s life. Guilt can stop a person from accomplishing their goals and moving forward with their lives. Often a result of childhood patterns taught by parents or caregivers, this deep-seated emotion can stunt a person’s emotional growth and render them incapable of building a future because of their obsession with the past. However, excessive guilt can be addressed through hypnotherapy by teaching the individual to determine what events they are responsible for and what is out of their control.

Insomnia

Getting through the day without a good night’s sleep can be unbearable, especially for people with insomnia. Oftentimes this chronic sleep disorder is caused by anxiety and stress due to an overburdened mind. Through hypnosis, you will learn techniques to calm and quiet your mind and release your inner chatter, thereby allowing you to enter the state of calm and relaxation imperative for a good night’s sleep.

Interview Nerves

Prepare for your next interview emotionally. Oftentimes people experience a sense of anxiety during the interview process. The way you respond to this anxiety can be the difference between receiving a job offer or always wondering why you didn’t get the call. Through hypnotherapy, you can learn to respond to interview stress with poise and confidence, thereby giving your prospective employer an accurate impression of your abilities.

Lose Weight

Lose weight naturally by identifying the emotional triggers that cause overeating and food cravings through hypnosis. Many people overeat or binge-eat in reaction to stress, anxiety, or other emotional triggers. Because these triggers often lie deep in the subconscious, it is not always apparent to an individual why they are eating.

Through hypnotherapy, you will be able to identify the hidden triggers that cause you to overeat while learning positive methods of handling these emotions. By learning the importance of food quality and quantity, as well as a consistent exercise routine, you will be able to successfully control your weight long term.

Migraines

Migraine headaches are often triggered by stress or tension. Learning how to cope with these triggers or avoid them completely can often be the best way to prevent the onset of a migraine. Discovering techniques to prevent and relieve discomfort such as progressive muscle relaxation and visualization can significantly help someone who suffers from migraines.

Motivation

Motivation takes us from wanting something to having something. If you find yourself wishing for something but feel like you can’t muster the motivation to go out and get it, Scott’s hypnotherapy sessions are for you.

Self motivation begins at the unconscious level, driving you towards a goal. When you are motivated, the work it takes to get to your goal seems almost effortless. You want to do the work it takes to reach that goal and so you do whatever is required without question.

Focusing on your most important goals, dreams, and ambitions, hypnosis can take you into a state where you are able to access your inner drive so that nothing can stop you from making those dreams a reality.

Scott uses motivational techniques that help spark your passions and hot buttons to give you the energy and desire to go out and get what you want out of life. Whether it’s school, career, love, or money, Scott’s motivational hypnotherapy techniques help you create the life you’ve always wanted

Nail Biting

Learn how to control your nail biting at the unconscious level. This sometimes painful and often embarrassing habit can be controlled by targeting the trigger points that cause the behavior. Through hypnotherapy, you will be able to automatically change and control this pattern without will power.

Obsessions

Take control of your obsessions. Recurrent thoughts that create a sense of alarm and fear can become obsessions. Obsessions often take the form of obsessing about a perceived fear as opposed to an actual physical situation. Hypnotherapy can assist in removing the thought that is creating the obsession and can help an individual learn to control or eliminate that thought. Hypnotherapy is a great tool to help an individual relax and take back the control in their lives.

Organization

Feeling cluttered? Organization not only includes your external environment, it includes your mind as well. When your physical environment is disorganized, your mind often mirrors that state.

Hypnotherapy can help you locate the clutter in your head and organize your thoughts and feelings so that you can do the same with your outside space. Whether at home, at work, or elsewhere, you will notice the benefits of learning organization in all aspects of your life. Once you get your thoughts and things in order, you will have more time, energy, and room for the things in life you truly want.

If you feel like your disorganized mind is spilling out into your physical space, let Scott help guide you into a life that has organized, functional purpose.

Pain Control

Release yourself from the frustration of chronic pain. Using Scott’s pain management techniques, you will learn how to accept and work through your pain to live a productive and fulfilling life.

Hypnosis has long been recognized as a highly effective form of pain control. In some cases, hypnotherapy is recommended as one of the most effective tools for overcoming chronic or symptomatic pain. Countless clinical studies from well respected institutions such as Stanford University and the Mayo Clinic consistently show the effectiveness of hypnotic pain control.

Scott’s progressive view of pain control has created dramatic results in improving the quality of life for people who have often exhausted all other options. These results have brought recognition from peers, respect from medical professionals, and gratitude from clients.

Phobias

People develop phobias for a variety of objects and situations. From elevators, spiders and birds, to heights, airplanes, and open spaces, phobias can prevent a person from experiencing a full, uninhibited life. Hypnotherapy provides a solution to this problem through deep relaxation and fear response techniques that teach an individual positive, calm ways of reacting to the fear and anxiety associated with their phobias.

Public Speaking

Dry mouth, shaky legs, blank mind. Just about everyone has experienced stage fright at one time or another. Hypnotherapy is an effective tool to reduce or completely rid your self of this oftentimes debilitating condition. Fear of public speaking is the most common fear among people in the United States, even above death. This fear is caused when a person’s brain provides a specific unconscious response during public speaking. Instead of receiving an adrenaline response to optimize their performance, people often react as if they are under physical threat and become anxious and fearful. This can be disastrous for someone standing at a podium trying to sound informed and articulate as they now have to battle their own internal response to a nonexistent threat. Re-educating one’s brain to receive the correct reaction to get rid of your old public speaking fear can allow you to actually enjoy public speaking.

Satsifaction

Feeling unsatisfied with your life? Learn how to gain a feeling of satisfaction in all areas of your life with Scott’s methods of self-satisfaction.

Satisfaction is a feeling that often accompanies achievement and contentment. Satisfaction or lack thereof can affect any aspect of a person’s life including work, relationships, and school. Achieving that desired sense of satisfaction in your life is not only based on achieving your goals, but on feeling content with what you have at present, while you are working to achieve those goals.

This balance of wanting something and being happy with the present can be achieved through hypnotherapy. With hypnosis, you can identify the unconscious feelings of dissatisfaction that affect your life, while uncovering the ways in which you can truly be happy in your everyday life.

Self Esteem

Wouldn’t it be great to really like yourself? Build back the low self esteem that is keeping you from accomplishing your goals. Hypnotherapy can teach you to be honest and objective about your positive attributes and feel confident in your abilities. You will learn to like who you are as you develop a positive outlook on yourself and your future that will help you create the life you want.

Self Sabotage

Are you sabotaging your chances of success? Don’t let self-sabotage ruin your dreams. Learn how to develop the confidence to meet your potential head-on and be the person your really want to be.

Self-destructive behavior can stem from childhood conditioning, unhealthy relationships, or negative inner voice. Oftentimes, that voice or those memories haunt us for the rest of our lives.

Oftentimes we let negative thoughts get in the way of our dreams and lose sight of what we want out of life. If you want to stop getting in your own way and start living your life without fear of failure, hypnotherapy can help.

Through hypnosis, you can uncover the reasons for your self-sabotage and learn to counter those beliefs with new positive affirmations. You will learn to feel more relaxed and encouraged by the idea of success and realize that success is a goal that everyone deserves.

Shyness

Learn how to overcome your shyness and increase your social skills. Many people suffer from some degree of shyness. For some people however, this condition can be debilitating. Through hypnotherapy, you will teach your unconscious mind to rehearse social situations while in a relaxed, controlled environment, simultaneously removing the natural fear response. You will uncover your strong, confident, social side and learn how to allow yourself to relax in social situations.

Social Fears

Socializing is a natural and enjoyable part of life. However, for people with social fears, meetings, public speaking, and even social gatherings can be cause for anxiety. This often includes an intense fear of becoming humiliated in social situations and embarrassing oneself in front of other people.

Through hypnosis, you can retrain your unconscious mind to respond to social situations with calmness instead of anxiety. Once your fears associated with social interaction begin to subside, you will be able to enjoy socializing in a way that you may never have thought possible.

Stop Smoking

Everyone knows that smoking is a potentially deadly behavior. What most people don’t realize is that smoking is both a habit and an addiction and both aspects must be addressed for optimal success.

By reprogramming your subconscious mind, you will be able to remove your nicotine cravings and re-associate your habitual behavior. Many people succeed with little or no withdrawal symptoms. Customized to your specific needs, this program will give you the tools to eliminate this life-threatening addiction.

Stress and Anxiety

Alleviate the stress and anxiety that govern your life. Although these feelings are a natural part of living in society, how one deals with these feelings can be the difference between a healthy individual or one that is overcome by stress.

Stress can manifest itself physically, mentally, and emotionally and if allowed, can consume a person’s life. By recognizing the signs and symptoms of excessive stress and their triggers, you can begin to relax and allow yourself to better handle stress, while ultimately learning how to enjoy life.

Teeth Grinding

Tired of grinding your teeth at night? This unconscious habit, often peaking during sleep, can be hard on your teeth, jaw, and facial muscles. Over time, teeth grinding can cause serious damage including broken teeth and damage to the enamel.

Teeth grinding is an unconscious pattern of tension in the jaw. Because most habits are unconscious, optimal treatment begins with hypnosis. By identifying the tension and addressing the problem directly, your brain can learn to relax the jaw muscle and mouth during the day and while asleep to help alleviate this problem.

Tension

Tension can affect your mood, your body, and your health. Everyday tension can stem from a variety of places including work, relationships, and social interactions. By learning how to trigger your natural relaxation responses through the use of stimuli, you will be able to remove and prevent the tension that affects your mind and body.
