Lose Weight

Lose weight naturally by identifying the emotional triggers that cause overeating and food cravings through hypnosis. Many people overeat or binge-eat in reaction to stress, anxiety, or other emotional triggers. Because these triggers often lie deep in the subconscious, it is not always apparent to an individual why they are eating.

Through hypnotherapy, you will be able to identify the hidden triggers that cause you to overeat while learning positive methods of handling these emotions. By learning the importance of food quality and quantity, as well as a consistent exercise routine, you will be able to successfully control your weight long term.

It's hard to know where to start when writing this recommendation for Scott. For one, Scott's dedication and positive attitude toward his career and life is unique. He is always willing to help out when needed and never complains about his work load or stress. Not only does he seem to relate easily to adults, but I have witnessed his incredible ability to interact with adolescents and explain to them the benefits of hypnotherapy while teaching them the basics and demonstrating amazing inductions. As a therapist, he takes his time to assure his client is completely comfortable before hypnotizing them and never makes one feel guilty or awkward for seeking help. Things move at the client's pace and his ideas and analogies are thought-provoking and wise. He is a well spoken man who has the ability to motivate one to live life to its fullest. Scott is one of those people who takes what he does seriously while remaining personable and continuously striving to uncover new and better ways of doing what he does. I'm honestly not sure how he finds the time to manage all of his projects as well as his practice while remaining sane. My hope is that he will soon be able to share his talent by taking time to teach others so that more people will benefit from his overwhelming knowledge of hypnosis and in turn help others. Simply put, as my high school students tell me after Scott comes to speak, "Scott is the man".
